WHO ( World Health Organisation) Mental Heath definition

Mental health: a state of well-being. Mental health is defined as a state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.

Offer opportunities often (to talk things through)

Anticipate rejection ( anxiety makes for inappropriate reaction to everyday requests)

Keep the door open ( keep your cool when conflict arises)

Like Oak trees we as adults stand firm in uncertain times, but can offer a message of – In time this will pass
